We're back in business!

So My laptop decided to die on me as well as all my patterns on it!!! Ahhhh! Well, I was FINALLY able to retrieve everything! I'm using the hubs lappy until we decide to get a nice desktop or another lappy...or both.

I'm happy to report that all is going well and we're doing good! I've really missed blogging! My kids have really taken over so that's where all my energy (literally) has been. I can say that I've been extremely busy sewing too! Not selfish sewing or sewing even just for fun....I've been so busy making wallets. It's been crazy around here with orders! (Feel free to drop me a line if you're interested in one)

I've had very little participation in swaps and such. I vowed to not join any swaps until after the new year.....or at least had a due date after the new year. So far, the only thing I've signed up for is the Disney Mini Quilt Swap on Instagram. I've been tempted to sign up for the other awesome swaps I see on IG but realistically I just don't have time right now. Too many things going on with the kids, family, hubs work, and well...Life.

Some fabulous circle blocks for Michelle - Scrapbeelicous bee...which has ended. I can't wait to receive the rest of my blocks in the mail and put my quilt together!!!

    I'm crazy about the wallet, too! And I second Diane's comment: where can I find that pattern?! Good for you for cutting back on swapping commitments. Maybe you'll free up some time for selfish sewing? ; )

    My favorite Christmas song is on a 72 long playing record that I haven't been able to play in 30 years - since the sons dismantled the record player (and put it back together - having some spare parts leftover). It is a song about Baby Jesus by Simon and Garfunkle. (Can you tell I'm a lot older than you?)
