Scrap Therapy

Today I decided to go through my scraps and separate them by color. I just used a bunch of them on the Moda Friendship Quilt Along quilt I did. By the time I was getting to the bottom of the stash, I realized that my fabric choices were not what I had originally thought! I never knew I had so much Blue & Green and so little Red. I love all colors and don't have a preference as far as a favorite. I don't really care for purple but I love when it's paired with jewel tones, it's so beautiful. Anyways, I wanted to share my little fabric scraps pic with you. Any ideas on how I should use them? I was thinking of making a String Quilt...what do you think?

  1. It's so much easier to have your scraps separated by colors. I used old cheeseball buckets from Costco. Works great and I can see which color is in which bucket.
