Sew Many Swaps, So Little Time... Swap Calendar PDF

I've been feeling a teeny tiny bit overwhelmed with all the swaps I've signed myself up for. I'm not talking about the sewing part. I can manage that part okay. It's the details of each swap that get me all confused.

I decided to make an official Swap Calendar. I have a paper filled out and posted up by my sewing table I've been using for now. I've marked it up with notes, color choices, item details, etc. This version is much prettier and will keep my swap schedule all organized.

(It doesn't have random bold lines like it shows in this image)

If you're feeling a bit overwhelmed, confused, or just want to stay organized with any future swaps...feel free to download the Swap Calendar. I hope you find it useful. Have fun swapping!

  1. You're so organized! That's helpful. I need to sign up for a swap. I've never done one!

  2. I haven't done a swap yet either and find the process very confusing. Where do you find them? I keep seeing things about Flickr but I am not at all familiar with that site. So much to learn!

  3. oh what a good idea! i use simplenote, and have a note for each swap open where i can put all the details - and they're organized by date... but i like the idea of paper too!

  7. This is so cool and smart! I've yet to do a swap, but I used to work in a copyshop so I love me a coversheet with the details of every project. I can see myself putting a similar thing in each WIP box...
