Modern Scrappy Bits Swap 5 - QAYG Zipper Pouch

Here is yet another swap project completed.....AND ahead of schedule! Whoo! This is for Round 5 of the Modern Scrappy Bits Swap. We're only supposed to use fabric from our scrap pile for our item and include a FQ's worth of scraps. For this particular round we're supposed to use the Quilt As You Go (QAYG) method.

I made this cute zipper pouch using my partners color requests. I love the way it turned out and hope she can find a great use for it. I included a chubby stack of scraps in the same colors as well as some thread. Of course it's more than a FQ's worth of fabric...I couldn't resist!

Feels good to have something marked off the sewing checklist...Awwwww...

  9. I made a Noodlehead pouch this week too! Mine is whole cloth though - yours is too cute with the patchwork and quilting, and even on the inside! I'm sure your swap mate will be thrilled :) Visiting from Confessions of a Fabric Addict.
