Zakka Along 2.0 Patchwork, Please - Lettered Tea Cozy & Pouch

Here it is! I was so happy to get this thing done! The funny part is that I don't even drink tea! I just think it's so darn cute! Maybe I'll let my daughter use it for "tea parties" someday. We'll see. I quilted it with Hot Pink Sulky Thread because of the sheen it gives. I love Sulky for quilting. What about that gorgeous Art Gallery "Coquette" floral print? Love. I used a green wooden vintage button for the pouch. I love the way it looks with the purple dots!

  2. I really like Sulky for thread painting and quilting too! Mostly because of the shine. Sometimes I feel like I'm on an island all by myself with my sulky so I'm glad to have a cohort! ;)
