Zakka Along 2.0 Patchwork, Please - Diamond Placemat

I decided to make this placemat for my daughter. I used this super fun and sophisticated cheetah print linen I picked up at Joanns awhile ago when it was on clearance. I paired it with some fun pink scraps I had and Black Ric Rac. Pretty right? Now I need to make one for each of us with our own styles. This is such a great housewarming gift for a friend or new neighbor.

    gorgeous and I love the backing print. I need to make some placemats! And a personalized one for each family member is a great idea.
